Tanya Lemon

Tanya has worked at CG&Co since October 2019, initially joining as a Senior Insolvency Administrator before moving into the Property Receivership department in early 2022 as a Managing Associate. With 18 years of insolvency experience across both corporate and personal matters, Tanya now leads and supports on a variety of property portfolios, including residential and commercial assets. She works closely with lenders, legal professionals, borrowers, tenants, and third-party advisers to deliver clear guidance and effective results throughout the receivership process.


Career Highlights & Experience

  • Began insolvency career in 2007 handling debt management plans and IVAs.

  • Briefly worked in Bristol with Moore Stephens in 2011 before returning to the North West in 2012.

  • Spent 7.5 years at Cowgills as Administrator and later Senior Administrator.

  • Achieved CPI qualification in June 2017.

  • Joined CG&Co in October 2019, immediately working on property administrations – notably FundingSecure (P2P lending), one of the largest administrations she has managed, involving regular site attendances.

  • Experienced in managing property portfolios with values up to £10m.
