She regularly provides advise on the management and realisation of distressed property assets, including both residential and commercial portfolios to the internal senior management team and has extensive experience in liaising with managing agents, estate agents, and solicitors to maximise recoveries for stakeholders.
She is well regarded for her ability to navigate the legal and regulatory framework surrounding insolvency and receivership, ensuring all cases are managed in strict compliance with FCA, RICS, Insolvency Act, Insolvency Rules, SIP and other regulatory requirements.
